The Row at Sixth and Garfield is projected to break ground this Spring. The development will provide 20 residences, spanning three buildings that border Garfield Street and Sixth Avenue North. It is expected to be completed in 2020.

Residential project eyed for Cleveland Park. Developer Sean Roberge said the parcels are slated to be developed by Cleveland Park Development with one- and two-bedroom residences. He has not finalized the type of homes (townhomes, free-standing, multi-unit, etc.).
