The Brownstones at Creative Way Village

Construction has begun on a 35 townhome project to be named the Brownstones at Creative Way Village located near Nossi College of Art. They will offer 2 or 3 bedroom options once finalized. Creative Village will span eight buildings will 81 residencies and will include a swimming pool, dog park and a yoga park.

Plans for a six-parcel mixed-use development in 12 South have been released. This project will provide eight buildings of retail, local-owned restaurant, office and garage parking spaces and will be located at 2206-2220 12th Ave. South.

The Place at Fifth + Broadway will rise to 34 stories and will be the tallest apartment building in Tennessee. These 4 curated unit finishes will include Samsung appliances, haiku fans, and Nest thermostats. The Place plans to open early spring 2020.

Details for a massive mixed-use development in Clarksville have been released. This project will include a complete renovation of the existing Riverview Inn located at 50 College St, 45,000 sqft of restaurant and retail, large green space and 700+ space garage.

Bark Public House

The Dog Stop based out of Pittsburgh has plans to develop Bark Public House located at 609 Ninth Ave. S. This project will feature a place called “the watering bowl”, a social area for dogs and their owners to enjoy free wifi and a patio to relax. They will also provide overnight boarding, dog supplies, daycare and grooming.
