The former United Artists tower on Music Row, at 50 Music Square W, is being reimagined as a boutique hotel within the Tapestry Collection by Hilton. The renovation will involve the octagonal shape of the building and adding a rooftop bar with a 360-degree view.

Toronto developer, Tricon, has purchased 72 rental properties in Davidson County, many of them newer constructions. Adding these to the 702 single-family free-standing homes he purchased the week before in Middle Tennessee.

236-Unit Development

A 4.95-acre lot near The Fairgrounds Nashville has been purchased by developers who previously announced plans for a 236-unit project on the site, which they intend to span two four-story buildings with the name Accent.

A real estate company has purchased 3 downtown properties, in an area overlapped by Pie Town and the Gulch, for $30M. Plans for the site include an 11-story Z-shaped building, and intend to include retail, office, hotel, and parking.
