Potential mixed-use development to be located on the Centurion Stone property near Hammer Hill at 1420 Adams St. This project would be named Modera Germantown and could offer 800 residential units and retail space.
A massive $85 million dollar mixed-use development named Union Brick is planned for the Marathon Village area at 801 12th Ave. N & 800 14th Ave. N. This project could provide 379 apartments, 24 of those residencies would be combined living-working space, 4,000 sqft of retail space and 10 townhomes.
Avalon Mid-Town is a 30-story mixed-use tower planned for Midtown at the corner of 18th Ave North and Hayes Street. It is slated to offer 57 studio units, 152 one-bedrooms, 76 two-bedrooms, 19 three-bedrooms, 96,000 sqft of retail, and 32,500 sqft of office.
