The Ambrose Lofts, originally built in 1905 for he Marshall & Bruce Printing Co., are located in Nashville’s famous and aptly named Printer’s Alley. The name of the lofts is derived from the Ambrose Printing Company, which took possession of the building in the 1940’s until the late 1970’s.
Now this historic building is home to the Ambrose lofts as well as a Subway and Chile Burrito. The lofts were renovated in 2006 and floor plans range from 450 square feet to 1,350 square feet. These unique modern lofts provide a nice contemporary feel with a link to the past in a neat and hip part of Downtown Nashville.
