Bellevue is a neighborhood just west of Belle Meade and about 15 minutes from Downtown Nashville. There’s a good mix of newer construction and more established homes, with the average home price in the mid $200’s. There’re not as many unique dining options in Bellevue as some of the other areas in Nashville, which tends to be the case with most of the suburban neighborhoods. Bellevue does however have two staples that are a very popular among the residents. The other gem in Bellevue is Loveless Cafe, known for it’s true southern meals & homemade biscuits.
Bellevue is close to to the popular Percy Warner Park and Edwin Warner Parks, which have miles of scenic trails. Besides Belle Meade, other nearby Nashville communities include, Brentwood and Forest Hills. Bellevue is a great option for anyone considering a home in Nashville and is still close enough to enjoy the endless amenities the city has to offer.
