ThankfulIn the spirit of the upcoming Thanksgiving holiday we thought it would be nice to touch on just how powerful a thankful attitude can be.  An article on Healthline.com reported that a study done at the University of California Davis proves that an “attitude of gratitude” can be very beneficial.  It suggested that those with this type of mindset experience many mental and physical benefits such as:

  • get more regular exercise
  • eat a healthier diet
  • have improved mental alertness
  • schedule regular physical examinations with their doctor
  •  take better care of themselves physically and mentally
  • engage in more protective health behaviors and maintenance
  • with stress and daily challenges
  • feel happier and more optimistic
  • avoid problematic physical symptoms
  • have stronger immune systems
  • maintain a brighter view of the future

We’re very thankful for all of our friends and family and we hope that you are able to find many things you are thankful for as well.  We hope everyone has a great Thanksgiving!
