Fall weather creates the perfect environment to enjoy the many outdoor events that Nashville has to offer.  This city has an endless amount of entertainment options and this time of year is no exception.  Here’s our hand-picked list of things to do this Fall in Nashville.

Bacon & Barrel Fest – Oct 25th

Held at the Nashville Farmers’ Market,  the Bacon & Barrel Fest brings together 25 of Nashville’s best restaurants and a variety of distilled spirits.  Their website states that you receive 15 bourbon samples along with healthy portions of your favorite bacon dishes and live country music.


Cheekwood Harvest – Sep 27 – Oct 26th

Fall is considered to be one of the best seasons to visit Cheekwood.    With family friendly entertainment such as live music, Garden Tales Storytime and guided tours, Cheekwood is a great place to take the family and enjoy the outdoors on a beautiful day.


Arrington Vineyards 

Just outside of Nashville, Arrington Vineyards is another one of our favorite places to visit in the fall.  The beautiful scenery, wine tasting and live music make it a perfect venue to spend a lazy Sunday….or any day of the week for that matter.


Taste of Nashville – Nov. 7th

This year marks the 13th year for the Taste of Nashville , which is a gathering of the city’s restaurants, bars, brewers, distillers, bakeries, ice cream shops, and other fine food and beverage creators.  Come see why Nashville is known as one of the best foodie cities in the country! 


Boulevard Bolt – Nov. 27th

Before you fill up on turkey and stuffing on Thanksgiving day, come join over 8000 participants for the annual Boulevard Bolt.  The scenic 5 mile course takes you down Belle Meade Boulevard past some of the most beautiful homes in Nashville.  It also gives you a chance to give on Thanksgiving as proceeds from the event go towards helping the homeless



Ghouls at Grassmere – Oct 23rd – 26th

This annual event held at the Nashville Zoo is a great family friendly Halloween event.  There are twenty trick-or-treat stations throughout the paths of the zoo creating an exciting night of fun for the kiddos. Other activities include rides on the scary-go-round, animal shows at Monsterpiece Theater, a corn pit and light show


Midtown Monster Mash – Oct 31st

This 18+ event is located in the heart of Midtown Nashville on Division Street.  The event includes 20 bars, live music and costumes are encouraged by everyone.
